Full Refunds
- If notice is given 30 days prior to the session start date

Partial Refunds
- If cancellation notice is less than 30 days prior to the session start date, the refund includes the fees minus the registration deposit of $40 per week

What is the Family discount?
This discount is available to assist families sending their children to multiple weeks of camp. It is based on the total number of immediate family members' (brothers and sisters) weeks paid for by the family (minimum of 5 weeks). If you are paying for 5 or more weeks, deduct $15 per week from the total bill (i.e. 5 weeks = $75 discount, 6 weeks = $90 discount, etc.). Please indicate the camper from which you are deducting the family discount.
What is the cut-off for receiving these discounts?
There is no cut-off date for receiving these discounts.
How late can I send in my application?
Camp capacity is limited by the New York State Health Department. We make every possible effort to accommodate all campers that want to come. However, the best suggestion is to register as early as possible. If you have questions, contact the registrars.
What is the minimum deposit to send when registering a camper?
At least $40 per week that you are registering for.

Medical Form
Do I need a doctor's signature?
The child's health care provider must sign the "Individualized Standing Orders" section on the medical portion of the application in order for campers to receive over-the-counter medications while at camp.
What is the camp's policy on head lice?
Children are at risk of exposure to head lice when participating in activities where they are in close proximity to each other, such as schools, camp, day cares, etc. Therefore, in the best interest of all campers, Camp Li-Lo-Li has a "no lice, no nits" policy.
According to Health Department regulations, each child will be screened for lice by Camp medical personnel upon arrival at Camp. The "no nits" policy means that even if a child has recently been treated for lice, but is still found to have nits (eggs) or dead lice in the hair, that camper must be sent home. Therefore, it is very important that the task of combing all nits out of the hair be performed prior to arriving at Camp.

Registration Day
When do I register?
Registration is between the hours of 1pm and 4pm on Sunday afternoon. If you cannot be there during those hours, please call the camp office in advance at (716) 945-4900. Check in at the camp office if arriving after 4pm on Sunday.
What happens on registration day?
The camper checks in with the registrar, turns in store money to store manager, visits the camp nurse, gets settled in cabin and meets counselor, takes swim test, and signs up for horses, if needed.
How can I speed up the registration process?
For those campers that are 100% prepaid and are making no changes, we have a quick registration line to speed things up for you.
How do I get to camp?

Head north off the exit and proceed to the stop sign at Steamburg and turn right. Turn onto Sunfish Run Road just past the underpass. Follow this road 6 miles into Camp Li-Lo-Li.

Accommodations
What kind of cabins do the campers sleep in?
Campers sleep in rustic cabins with 8-12 children each, clustered separately in boys and girls areas.
What are the bathroom arrangements?
There are bath houses separate from the cabins in each of the boys and girls areas.
How many cabin mates can I request?
One, about the same age as the camper (preferably within one year). NOTE: We cannot guarantee that all cabin mate requests will be filled. Cabins are assigned by age and a cabin-mate with an age difference might feel uncomfortable. It could result in either a young camper in a cabin of older campers or vice versa. If you have particular questions, please contact the registrars.

Store
How much store money should I bring?
The store has both food (candy and drinks), and non-food (souvenirs, t-shirts, sweatshirts, books) items. Many campers bring $10 to $20. Whatever is not used is returned when the camper leaves camp. Please use your judgment as to the appropriate amount for your camper.

Horses
What is the difference between the weekly and single day horse rides?
Weather permitting, weekly riders average 3 to 4 rides per week which last approximately 30 minutes each. The day riders go out for the number of days they purchased.
Can I sign up for the horse program on registration day?
Yes, assuming there are openings. Since there is a limited number of horses and they need to be properly rested between rides, we do have a limit on the number of weekly and day riders we can accommodate. The weekly rides are popular and can fill up, so if you are considering riding horses, indicate that on your application. This will reserve a position for you.
Is any special equipment needed to ride horses?
No, all equipment is provided by the camp, including protective helmets. Be sure to bring jeans or long pants, and shoes with heels are preferred. No sandals or flip-flops are allowed while riding horses. However, if you do have riding helmets, clothing, or shoes, feel free to bring your own gear.

Swimming
Do you offer swimming lessons?

Certification & Training page for details.

Ropes Course
Does the camper have to participate in the high ropes events?
Participation in the high ropes events are not required. The high ropes are for those campers 12 years of age and older who sign up to participate. The ropes course is an activity that challenges a person or group to go beyond what they think they are capable of accomplishing. Each individual or group is given the opportunity to complete the event they want. No one is forced to complete any event. The low ropes course emphasizes teamwork to overcome a variety of obstacles.
